Production plans

The plant for manufacturing liquid detergents in Niella Tanaro currently occupies a surface area of 40,000 square metres with a production capacity of 500,000 litres a day. It has storage facilities for 1,250,000 litres of semi-finished products and 10 bottling lines capable of filling 50 million bottles a year. The stores can contain up to 6,000 pallets of finished products, ready for delivery. In addition to the production of liquid detergents, there is also a dedicated plant for producing detergents in powder form. This was built in 1995 in Boffalora d’Adda to meet various different needs connected with the detergent market, and is now capable of producing 30,000 tons a year, with 6 different packaging lines.
