Blow-moulding and bottling

Our 15 computerised blow-moulding machines are able to produce over 50 million bottles a year with capacities ranging from 0.5 to 5 litres each. In the event of failures, unforeseen problems or peak requirements, we can rely on a partner who has copies of all our moulds and can provide us with at least 15 million bottles.
Our daily bottling potential amounts to about 500,000 litres of finished products and the lines are fully automated, from filling to palletising. The filling machines work according to the net-weight monitoring principle, while the weighing system enables the on-board Computer (OBC) to communicate with the external operator panel. This makes it possible to acquire all the production data for each single batch, including the following: identification of the recipe, the batch number, the number of pieces produced and the discards, if any. A ”car-wash” system ensures that the products are treated gently and in perfectly hygienic conditions. Traceability covers all the needs expressed by the market.
